RUEFFA
Rueffa was born in 1986 in Lisbon, having studied Art History at the Faculdade de Ciências Humanas, she became a Plastic Artist, having also studied design at the Lisbon School of Design. Visual artist and member of the production team of Relevo Ideia Studio since 2003.
Growing up in a family of artists, Rueffa deepened and acquired several technical skills: drawing, painting, sculpture, set design and guerrilla marketing. She develops an aeshetical vocabulary composed by a contiguity of techniques that includes the conjugation of contemporary materials such as polystyrene, polyester resins, fiberglass and other industrial support materials.
Extracting, researching and revisiting earlier aesthetical concepts allows her to create a new meaning and the implementation of a new discourse. Developing a true artistic identity and individuality, thus proclaiming a new cultural establishment in the field of Neo-Pop Art.
